Terms of Use
Effective October 8, 2026
MilesMGR is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms add a few points specific to the app.
A record-keeping tool, not tax advice
MilesMGR helps you keep mileage and expense records. Deduction and reimbursement amounts, IRS rates and "tax-ready" marks are for information only. You are responsible for your records and for what you claim on any return. For advice about your situation, consult a qualified tax professional.
IRS rates are built into the app and updated with new versions. If a rate is missing or changes, you can enter it yourself in Settings → Mileage Rates.
Your records
Your records are stored on your device and in backups you control. You're responsible for keeping backups. We can't recover records that were deleted or lost with a device. See the Privacy Policy.
Automatic tracking
Trip detection depends on your iPhone's location services, battery settings and signal, so a trip can occasionally be missed, split or measured inaccurately. Check your trips and correct them before relying on them.
Free trial and purchases
The free 5-day trial is a free in-app item from the App Store. It's tied to your Apple ID, can be used once, costs nothing and doesn't renew. MilesMGR Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. In-app purchases are processed by Apple under the App Store's terms, and refunds are handled by Apple.
Team reports
If you send reports to a shared folder, everyone with access to that folder can read them. You choose the folder and who it's shared with, and the service that holds it (such as OneDrive, iCloud Drive, Google Drive or Dropbox) applies its own terms.
Third-party AI services
If you connect an AI service, you use it under that service's own terms, with your own API key, and you're responsible for any charges it makes. AI answers can be wrong; check anything important.
No warranty and limit of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including tax penalties, interest or disallowed deductions, arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
